She has made seven previous albums and is the only female Canadian member of the Grand Ole Opry.
She holds the record for the most CCMA ‘Entertainer of the Year / Fan’s Choice’ awards’, having won it eight times. Three of her albums have been certified Platinum (over one million sales).
She is a Country traditionalist and songwriter, with a voice described as spirited, passionate and powerful. Her songs tend to be about real life situations, as opposed to some of the newer ladies on the Country scene who have sugar sweet feminine voices and sing mainly about young love.
All tracks except one have been written or co-written by Terri Clark, and she has been involved in the production of this album.
