Nashville Sounds with Peter on vocals, Sam on bass and vocals, Steve on lead guitar, his dad Ray on steel and a young man (which name has escaped me) on drums. They strung many songs together into popular medleys which turned into sing along sessions. The band played an emotional Blanket On The Ground for deceased Billy Jo Spears, who had only died a couple of days previously.
Rock music Rocking All Over The World and Seven Nights to Rock were mixed with ballads How Long and I Can't Stop Loving You. Then a lively Galway Girl with a Jim Reeves medley. This superb night was closed with 2 encores, Going Through Hell and Great Balls Of Fire.
